We offer pre and post event massage, as well as massages for general wellbeing and relaxation. By performing deep soft tissue massage we can release myofascial trigger points to help relieve pain, whilst also improving muscle function. With a slightly different technique we can offer a more relaxing experience to help aid recovery from strenuous training or a stressful job!
